Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers would like to help with those that have experienced the frustrating problem of an iPhone 4, iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 with a dying battery while using the Lexus Enform App Suite.
What do I do now?
So, you plug in your dying iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, or iPhone 5 to keep playing music, and this is the dreaded screen you see!
Don’t worry, there is a work around to help when your Lexus Enform App Suite decides to cut out when you plug in the USB cable. Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers is here to assist!
Step one: double tap the home button to get to the “dock”. Swipe to the furthest left screen on the dock; here you will find your volume and a button with a box and an arrow. See below:
Haven’t seen this icon before? Not to worry, the music is almost back!
Step two: touch that button on the right. Step Three: change the selection to Car Multimedia (or whatever the car Bluetooth system name is).
Ready to listen to Pandora again!
Then reopen Pandora. This will allow the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 to utilize the USB for charging while still playing the music over BT (which is needed for the Lexus Enform App Suite to work) .
Now, just make sure to get gas before you get lost in the music!
